All CANADIAN orders ship via Canada Post with a typical 2-6 business day transit time depending on your location. Upgraded shipping is also available, please inquire for details. Tracking information will be sent with each shipping confirmation.
All USA orders ship via USPS with a typical 4-8 business day transit time depending on your location. On some occasions, we may use another courier with similar delivery times to offer the best pricing, particularly on larger items. Upgraded shipping is also available, please inquire for details. Tracking information will be sent with each shipping confirmation.
All OTHER countries orders are shipped by the most cost effective by air method with a typical 6-12 business day transit time depending on your location. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address on the part of the customer, the buyer must pay an additional shipping charge to ship the item out again. Please confirm your address is correct if the item is to be sent directly to a gift recipient before placing your order.

We accept payment via Direct Checkout and PayPal. All of our products are made to order and must be paid for in full before products will be processed.
Please contact us asap if an order needs to be canceled. If you cancel your order after the item has been engraved, but not yet shipped, we can only refund the shipping cost.
In our efforts to be environmentally responsible, we do not include receipts with the order unless requested as they are available to print from your own computer.

Returns and exchange details
Due to the custom nature of our business, refunds will be given only in the event of a lost / non-delivered package (not a late delivered package as we cannot guarantee delivery dates, only our shipment dates). If order arrives damaged our policy is to offer a replacement or refund. Orders which are damaged through improper care / use will not be replaced.
We make every effort to help ensure safe delivery. If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 48hrs of receiving the package including an image of the damaged item.
